Do not email passwords, one-time codes, private keys, recovery phrases, full payment details, or unredacted identity documents. Redact personal details from screenshots before attaching them.
Wallet or transfer questions
Describe the network and the general type of problem. If you share a public transaction reference, first confirm that it contains no private account information.
